The 1st part of the course aims at giving familiarity with metrical analysis of poetic texts through the investigation of significant examples of different ages and authors. Subsequently, the monographic section deepens the connection between metrics and poetry in Attilio Bertolucci and Sandro Penna ( some of the attendant students will have the possibility to do written exercises).
Contents of the course:
A) readings and metrical analysis;
B) metrics and poetry in relation to Attilio Bertolucci and Sandro Penna.
The evaluation of the interview will be added to the result of the written essay for those who’ll participate to the lecture.
