The course illustrates the activity of wireless and television’s journalist throughout a knowledge of rules, instruments, language and methods used by TV and wireless means of information.
Information and critics rights in wireless and TV. Differences between national and local network journalist. Construction of news in its different “format”: from recognition to spreading through learning, development and transposition in wireless and television. How do we write “reed piece” and how do we synthesis essential contents. Fundamentals to create an interview. Reporting with cameraman and meanings of frames. Sound as a priority element in communication. Birth of TV news: from the editorial staff meeting to the broadcast of the main news-report, with particular attention to choice criteria, order and length of the articles, titles. Developments of news-report during the day and methods of articulation of a complex editorial staff. Techniques to create a weekly “magazine”, investigations, special broadcast, debates and documentary. and also managment of “live broadcast”. Little history of private broadcasting.
