Learning outcomes

Improvement of the ability to read some of the aspects connected to collecting and to the conservation of artistic heritage.

Syllabus

Contents of the course: Art collections of art historians. Investigation of the main collections of some of the most important historians between the Nineteenth century and our days, considering their connection with the market of art and the world of museums and collecting.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral test.
NOTE: Attendance is compulsory for those who wish to dispute their thesis in Museology and for final-year undergraduates.
