Syllabus

Course content:
Organization Theories; Work Organization Theories and Models; Classic Organizational Models; Scientific Management and Classic Job Analysis; Human Relations; Human Resources; Socio-Technical Systems; Ergonomics; Non Rational Decision Making; Organizational Behavior. Conflict; Groups in Organizations; Cooperation, Competition; Organizational Change; Decision Making, Human Resources Management, entrepreneurial competences.

Methods:
Traditional lessons integrated with active learning and interventions by experts.
