Learning outcomes

Refinement of skills in the classification and interpretation of the linguistic characteristics of literary and non-literary texts. Familiarization with classical studies of the subject and reflections on the working method. Publication of documents of historical-literary interest.


Dietetics, prose and verse

Theme units of the course:
a) vernaculising and translating;
b) the regimina sanitatis: types and history;
c) the Cibaldone;
d) dietetic terminology;
e) gastronomy.

The course takes place in the first semester.
Since the lectures are often interactive, attendance is strongly recommended. Active participation guarantees the guided exercise of analysis techniques and the collective construction of the contents of the course.
However, some educational materials will be uploaded on Moodle for non-attending students.

Assessment methods and criteria

The test will take place in two stages at the end of the course, in an interview with the lecturer on the topics studied in class.
The assessment takes into account the methodological and terminological maturity achieved by the student, i.e. their ability to apply the range of concepts learnt independently, both in the presentation and in the analysis of the texts analysed in class (especially Cibaldone).
