The course provides knowledge on Work Psychology: theories, models and application’s fields (individual and organizational approach)
Prerequisites: Social Psychology
Work Psychology: History and Development; Methodologies; Quality of Working Life (Well-being, Stress and Mobbing); Motivations and Work Satisfaction; Work Values; Career Counselling and Competencies; Training; Human Resources Management; Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment; Generational Transition in Small and Medium Sized Businesses.
Traditional lessons integrated with active learning and interventions by experts. The course is held in collaboration with Prof. M. Bellotto (Full Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology)
Written examination for non-attending students; Choice of taking tests and integrated oral exam only for students who attend.
