Learning outcomes

the main objective is to provide general information and guidance notes on the historical evolution of in-depth knowledge and practices of western medicine and public health during the centuries of the modern age

Syllabus

the first introductory lessons are intended to provide some background information and instructions on reading the lines of development of medical knowledge and care during the Renaissance; The second part will focus on Ambroise Paré (1510-1590), Bernardino Ramazzini (1633-1714), Alfonso Corradi (1833-1892).
