Lesson timetable

Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide students with the critical tools necessary for analyzing texts according to the perspective of CDA. The course will be organized as follows: introduction to the history of English and the varieties of contemporary English; excursus on different research methods in linguistics; focus on CDA; practical exercises. The course will be held in English.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral exam, including both theory questions and practical exercises. Students who attend regularly will be allowed to substitute part of the exam with an oral presentation in class.
