Curriculum

Gianluca Lanfranchi è Professore a Contratto di Sociologia dei processi culturali e Comunicativi presso il Dipartimento di Cultura e Civiltà dell’Università di Verona. 
Tra i suoi interessi di ricerca la memoria collettiva, gli immaginari e i processi di rappresentazione sociale del dolore (trauma culturale). Nello specifico, particolare attenzione è rivolta all'evoluzione dell'immaginario montano pre e post industrializzazione nello Spazio Alpino. Nelle sue attività di ricerca ha partecipato a progetti finanziati nell’ambito di programmi comunitari: 2018-2021, trAILs - Alpine Industrial Landscape Transformation (Interreg Alpine Space), nonché preso parte - in qualità di relatore - a conferenze nazionali e internazionali sul tema Alpi e industria (Futures in the History of Deindustrialization, Bologna 2022; Vivere bene, una domanda politica. Centro e Periferia, Bergamo 2022; Alpen Symposium, ETH Zürich 2022).
