Learning outcomes

The course provides knowledge of interview methods and instruments, with reference to work contexts and professional roles that require relationship and communication competencies.

Syllabus

The course deals with the main themes related to interview theory and method. Specifically: interview typology, application areas, interviewer competencies, support instruments, interpersonal and roles dynamics, creating the setting and process control.

Teaching methods: Traditional lessons integrated with active learning and interventions by experts

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral examination for attending and Erasmus students, written examination for non-attending students
