Learning outcomes

The main object of this course is to introduce the world of Melodrama.

Syllabus

The course is divided into two sections:
1) a quick “excursus” of the History of Melodrama from the origins to the Nineteenth Century;
2) listening of Don Giovanni by W. A. Mozart ( 1787)
