Learning objectives

The aim of the course is the acquisition of knowledge and skills aimed at drafting papers in Italian.

Prerequisites and basic notions

None.

Program

The laboratory is aimed at encouraging the acquisition of specific skills relating to the drafting of papers in Italian. We will focus in particular on some textual typologies, such as, for example, the summary; the newspaper article; the academic essay; we will try to ensure that students acquire the skills useful for writing their degree thesis. Reference will also be made to the relationship between language and new technologies.

Bibliography

Visualizza la bibliografia con Leganto, strumento che il Sistema Bibliotecario mette a disposizione per recuperare i testi in programma d'esame in modo semplice e innovativo.

Didactic methods

Lectures and seminar activities. Various examples of different textual typologies will be addressed and analyzed. The Moodle platform will be used to provide work and study materials to students.

Learning assessment procedures

The exam will consist of a written test: you will be asked to write an essay. The essay (word file, max 4000 characters including spaces) must be delivered to the teacher no later than ten days before the exam for which the student is registered. The day of the appeal will be reserved for verbalization only.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The exam is aimed at ascertaining knowledge regarding the formal, structural and expressive characteristics of the various textual typologies analysed. The acquired skills, language skills, coherence and cohesion, and grammatical correctness of the texts created will also be evaluated. Type of assessment: approved/not approved. The exam methods will be the same for attending and non-attending students.
