Learning outcomes

This course provides an introduction to the theory and practice of translation from English, with special attention to the field of social services

Syllabus

Reading and analysis of essays in the field of emotions, neurosciences and emotional intelligence. Analysis of texts in the English original and in the Italian translation.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral exam. Students are required to produce a written translation of Shannahoff-Khalsa’s essay (English into Italian)
