Lesson timetable

Learning outcomes

The course aims at investigating the work of one of the main characters of the architectural culture in the Renaissance: he who was able to create a peculiar language that made him unique reference in Europe starting from the XVIIIth century.

Syllabus

Some of the main Palladian works of art, contents of his treatise as well as some examples of the following architectures (like Bertotti Scamozzi, Muttoni, Calderari)which where inspired by him.
