Learning outcomes

Investigation of issues and concepts already discussed during the 2nd year of the Faculty; detailed investigation of the current legislation; deepening of some of the issues concerning historical precedents and comparison with the actual law.

Critical acquaintance of the Code of Cultural heritages and of the historical precedents. Deepening of some specific issues discussed in the 2nd year. Acquaintance of conservation measures in the Venetian Republic and in the Papal States.

Oral test.
The professor reserves the right, under specific request of the student, to evaluate eventual and optional written contributes as investigation of some of the subjects; the teacher also reserves the right to introduce a written test.
Evaluation criteria: critical acquaintance of the issues and of the Code of Cultural heritages.
