The main aim of the course is to provide a statistical way of analysing reality through a path that leads to the acquaintance of the sampling nature of empirical knowledge. The first part of the course concerns the concept of statistical distribution and introduces the idea of a statistical analysis; subsequently the lecture concentrates on logics and meaning through the investigation of variables and their dependence.
