The aim is to introduce students to the problems and methods of a possible career as teachers of historical disciplines.
Contents: The course will be divided into three thematic parts. The first part will be devoted to the nature, problems and characters of the historical knowledge. The second part will focus on the problems related to didactics of history in the primary and secondary schools and the reform processes during the 20th century. The third part will examine different forms of didactics and the students will have to develop their own laboratory of didactics of history. In the last part of the course the laboratories will be exposed and discussed in the classroom.
Methods: traditional lecture with a decisive contribution by students.
