Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing an introduction to the main juridical institutions concerning the care and enhancement of cultural heritages, as it says in the Code of cultural heritages and landscape and in relation to the historical development of the subject.
Contents of the course: Constitutional principles, the notion of cultural heritage in the evolution of the legislation, individuation of cultural heritages, preservation and protection, enhancement, national and international circulation.
