Learning outcomes

Ability to find the way through the issues of archeological research

Syllabus

The course pertains to methodological and technical aspects of the subject as well as to the different historical-geographical environment. The course provides a general “diachronic” section and a “monographic” section in relation to the following subject “Ships, wrecks, merchandise and trade”. The issue of the circulation of ideas, men and merchandise from the Neolitic to the Roman Age. Seminars and guided visits to Ravenna and Pisa in relation to the the course.

Oral test concerning the text-books and the monographic section.
