Short description of contents:
A ritual involving the sacrifice of a snake and the coming of a holy wind/spirit is described by the Orphic Stone-book. Some Gnostic believers and probably also some pagan devotees performed similar rituals which allegedly provided the practitioners with the knowledge of languages.
