Curriculum

Alessandro Arcangeli, former Chair of the International Society for Cultural History (2013-2017), is the author of one of the main reference books on the methodology and historiography of cultural history. He is also author and editor of many other academic publications in the same field with focus on the early modern period, whose topics include dance, leisure and medical thought. In 2016 he was Distinguished International Research Visiting Fellow of the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions (Melbourne and Sydney units).

DEaMoNs research group – Digital early modern network
DEaMoNs works on the promotion of collective research projects; on the encounter (and possible fusion) between different spheres of the historical analysis; on the dissemination of the scientific results achieved by the members (through the organization of seminars and conferences); on the organization of workshops and other training activities about DH tools, networks reconstruction and connected histories.
